At UNLYK, we operate on a preorder-only model, designed to reduce waste and ensure each piece is made with purpose.
How Preorders Work
Each product is available during a 1.5-month preorder window. Once this window closes, we move into production. This allows us to produce only what’s needed — no overstock, no waste.
Shipping Timeline
After the preorder period ends:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order ships.
Delivery Method
We deliver only within Singapore, using a trusted third-party courier service.
Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days from dispatch
Shipping Fees
All preorders come with free local shipping. No hidden fees — just a clean, direct delivery to your doorstep.
Delays & Support
While we do our best to stay on schedule, unforeseen delays with the courier may occasionally occur. UNLYK is not liable for delays once the order is in transit, but we’re here to help.

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
At UNLYK, every item is made to order under a preorder-only model, crafted specifically for those who choose to stand out. As such, we maintain a strict no-return, no-refund policy.
No Cancellations
Once a preorder is placed, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. All sales are final.
No Returns / No Exchanges
Due to the limited, made-to-order nature of our products:
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or requests for refunds.
Please double-check your order details (size, color, address) before confirming your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at un.lyksg@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We’ll assess the issue and assist on a case-by-case basis.
